Shipping Policy
Standard Courier Delivery
- Available across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
- Flat rate of ₹150 for orders below ₹5,000.
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS)
- Available at our Katargam Flagship and Mota Varachha hubs in Surat.
- Always free — no shipping charges for in-store pickup.
- Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–4 hours of placement.
- Bring your order receipt or order number for pickup verification.
- Uncollected orders will be held for 7 days, after which they may be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking
- Track your order status in real-time from your account dashboard.
- Email notifications are sent at each stage: confirmed, processing, shipped/ready, and delivered/collected.

Returns & Refunds
Return Window
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Handloom and handcrafted items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds) unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@offlinestore.in with your order number.
- For BOPIS orders, returns can be processed directly at the store hub where you collected.
- For shipped orders, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene products.
- Customized or altered products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
