Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Offline Store website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered customers, guest browsers, and store administrators.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may exist between displayed images and actual products.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the original price.
Product availability is subject to stock levels at our warehouse and Surat hub locations (Katargam and Mota Varachha).
We may limit quantities available for purchase on select items at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Payment must be completed at the time of checkout through our accepted payment methods.
Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment processing.
In the event of payment failure or suspected fraud, the order may be held or cancelled, and you will be notified promptly.

Courier shipping is available across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics conditions.
Free shipping is provided on orders above ₹5,000. A flat rate of ₹150 applies for orders below this threshold.
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) is available at our Katargam and Mota Varachha hubs at no additional cost.
BOPIS orders must be collected within 7 days of the ready-for-pickup notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.
A valid order receipt or order number is required for in-store collection.

All content on this platform — including logos, text, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Offline Store or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
The Offline Store brand name, logo, and visual identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

Offline Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
